Unbreakable 6″ inch Woodworking SG Iron Portable Vice (150 mm)

Mostly useful and lightweight vice for the young woodworker or home handyman, yet robust enough for professional use.

The design allows for two clamping options:

a) Permanent clamping on the workbench via clamping slots provided in the vice

b) Additional clamping option via the 2.5/32″(55mm) integrated clamp and jaws open 112mm.

This allows the vice to be conveniently clamped to any work surface. Vice body and front plates are made from close grained cast iron.

Body and sliding jaw have provision for attaching wooden liners to protect the vice, the work piece and working tools

Vice jaws are equipped with a “TOE – IN” feature.

When fully closed, the jaws meet only at the top to provide even clamping on the whole depth of the workpiece

The steel main screw, guide rods and handle are chrome plated for increased resistance to corrosion
